Update!

Hi, all.

I have told a few of you at practice but wanted to send out a blanket e-mail about this. Starting June 20, the midday practices will be Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (not Friday) from 12 - 1 p.m. This change was to accommodate the Summer Camp held by the YMCA.

Also, I will not be at practice on Friday, the 17th. I will post a workout on the blog or you can do the one from the 5:45 a.m. practice on the board.
