6x100 Stroke other than free descend 1-3/ 4-6 hold # 3 pace on 2:30
6x25 Odds- Fly Kick on Back; Evens- Free or Back Drill :45
4x100 free at 80% 1:55
4x25 One each Stroke drill :45
2x100 IM swim Fast 2:30
400 Pull (good distance per stroke)
200 cool down
