Good practice this morning! Below is one of the practices we did this morning.

400 Swim
400 IM drill
200 Kick

10x25  Odds- UW Fly Kick; Evens- Fly or Breast Drill  :45

6x100 Stroke other than free descend 1-3/ 4-6 hold # 3 pace on 2:30

6x25  Odds- Fly Kick on Back; Evens- Free or Back Drill  :45

4x100 free at 80% 1:55

4x25  One each Stroke drill :45

2x100 IM swim Fast 2:30

400 Pull (good distance per stroke)

200 cool down
